Thegoodsdonotmatchtherequirementsofourcompany.Wehave,therefore,nochoicebuttoaskyoutotakethematerialsbackandreplacethemwithmaterialsofthequalityweordered.

经查验后发现货物质素与商订的不相符合，本公司极感失望。
该批货色与样本质素相差甚远，部分质量极之差劣，令人怀疑订购过程可能出现错误。
由于货色与本公司要求不符，因此要求退货，并换回定单要求之货色。
