WearepleasedtoconfirmtheagreementreachedduringourdiscussionsonNOV6,2001.Youcanenjoythefollowingterms:
1.YouactasoursalesagencyforthreeyearscommencingfromJanuary1,2002subjecttorenewal.
2.Wepayyouacommissionof15%onF.O.B.valuesofourproductsshippedtoyou.
3.AspecialCOMMISSIONof5%beaddedifthesalesexceedthebudgetasmutuallyagreed.
