Malicioustalkthatunderminessomeone’sreputationorunfairlycriticizessomeone’sworkwhenthey’renotaround.

Gossip

Peer-to-peer

Gossip,rumors,information-spreading,etc.thattakesplaceamongemployeesofthesamerank.

Cliques

Groupofemployeeswhosticktogetherboundbycommonbeliefs,interests,and/orpersonalities.Theyareusuallyresistanttoallowingoutsidersinwhotheyfeelaredifferentfromthem.

Kissalotoffrogs

Colloquialtermusedtodescribeanupwardlyambitiousandaggressivepersonwhowantstoclimbtheladderbyhavingquestionablerelationships.

Scandal

Involvessomethingdamagingtothecompanyorstaffthatwaspreviouslyhiddenandcomestolight.
