Hello,Diego,how are you? There are four things to confirm with you.
First,i would like to say sorry to you .cos i forgot the lable on the back of product, please see attached file.If you want change it ,please ask your designer to just change the content of the lable.Or just adopt our original lable. or don't use lable,it's also ok.
Second,please check the PI with our company's chop and my signature.
Third ,about the logistic costs .please refer to packing list(attached file)
Fourth,about the empty blister,may i give my suggestion?it is possible to send one empty blister to your designing team,but i have asked Fedex,Ups and TNT quotated for me, it will cost us almost 80usd as express charge.It is not economical,why not send it together with the goods?

Find answers for your email:
1- Do not worry about back label of the product, it is ok if you use the one showed in image. However, for front label, we would like to have our logo. See image attached and find also logos in Adobe Illustrator format for your printers/designer reference.
2- PI attached is ok, thanks for the confirmation.
3- I will check logistic costs with my forwarder. Thanks for the information.
4- Yes, we would like you to include empty blister with goods delivery. Sending apart is very expensive and we can wait.

今天拿到数码稿了,发现了好多错误,赶紧拍照给客户 把问题说出来,下面是客户刚刚的回信 :

Find in FTP Server ****** new artworks with correction for problem mentioned in your last email.

1- These new files include new arrangements so that bar code would not be hidden by USB cable.
2- Thanks for rearranging the handling hole. We did not realise about that.
3- Please, delete sentence about "Power Adapter included". You are right, it is not included.
4- Regarding logo on product. In FTP Server is a folder which is ¡°Logos for product¡±. You will find in this folder logo to put on the device. Fit it with seize mentioned in your email and following image uploaded in FTP.
There is something I am a bit worried Echo.
I found in photographs that line between colours is in white while it should be from dark yellow to pink without any white colour in the middle.
See image attached.
Please pay attention to this detail. I think this is caused because low quality impression with is very reasonable as it is only a paper to show us that you receive artwork. However, tell your printer not to put white lines between colours.
