防范措施：
如果公司与黎巴嫩客户准备签订合同，应考虑风险。合同已签订且选择信用证作为国际结算方式的，如果信用证未开出，不要盲目出货。如果企业已收到黎巴嫩银行开出的信用证，要谨慎出货，如果坚持出货，最好能做到单证一致，并由第三国银行进行保兑。如果信用证项下的货已交付，请注意单据邮寄风险，充分关注路上丢失、不能及时送达或因其他不可抗力引起的投递风险。同时，还应注意货在海运途中或港口、清关时产生的风险。目前在黎巴嫩地区，许多国际邮件除面临无法投递风险外，如何妥善保管都成了较大问题。由于黎巴嫩地区贸易风险的存在，其国内银行也有可能面临无法支付或不按国际惯例操作的风险。目前，有些银行已要求修改寄单地址、汇款线路。
