佣金（Commission）是指卖方或买方支付给中间商代理买卖或介绍交易的服务酬金。
我国的外贸专业公司，在代理国内企业进出口业务时，通常由双方签订协议规定代理佣金比率，而对外报价时，佣金率不明示在价格中，这种佣金称之为"暗佣"。如果在价格条款中，明确表示佣金多少，称为"明佣"。在我国对外贸易中，主要出现在我国出口企业向国外中间商的报价中。
包含佣金的合同价格，称为含佣价，通常以含佣价乘以佣金率，得出佣金额。其计算公式为：
佣金＝含佣价X佣金率
佣金＝含佣价－净价
整理后得含佣价和净价的关系：
含拥价＝净价／1-拥金率
佣金通常以英文缩写字母C表示。比如每公吨1000美元 CFR 西雅图包含佣金2％，可写成：每公吨1000美元 CFR C2西雅图。其中的"C2"即表示佣金率为2％ 。
卖方应在收妥货款后，再向中间商支付佣金。
