P&O的罪恶

像平常一样打开邮箱，回复邮件，一封命名为TOPUGENTLY的信让我再次感到震惊。
这一单啊，走的彼此都心力憔悴：http://club.china.alibaba.com/club/post/view/51_6309166.html（9月份的一次灾难）
本以为消财免灾，本以为可以为客人尽力做一点力所能及的事情，本以为付掉巨额的转船以及罚金之后一切都相安无事了，后来才知道我自己的想法是完全错误的。将钱付给P&O之后,货代承诺我会在10月底到达目的港,于是我只能等，可是客人的来信才提醒我到目前还未到,才知道需要转船两次才可以到达DUALA,10月份是不可能到达的，于是和船公司核对，那边告诉我，具体时间应该是11月底.我傻眼了，于是保持了沉默,因为我能做的或许就只有这样了,到了12月26日客人再次发来邮件,提醒我船还是未到,于是再次让船公司帮忙查询，一天后得知船在13号就到达了港口,于是立即电话联系客人，告诉了他这个消息，可是客人发来的如下邮件又把让人感觉到的都是遗憾:

Aboutyourlastmessagetome,youwereveryrightaboutthecontainerarrivingonthe13thDecember.Thisiswhattheproblemwas.Myguyswenttotheshippingcompanythatwastransportingthecontainerandtheirrepresentativeconfidentlytoldthemthattheshipwastoarriveonthe25thofDecemberandthatbecauseoftheholidaystheyhadtocallbeforecomingtotheporttocollectit.WhenIgotyourmessage,Iinformedthemandalsorequestedthattheyshouldcheckagainwiththeportsauthoritytobesurethatthecontainerhadnotarrivedyet.Theyreluctantlyacceptedtoverifyandstillsayingthattheshippingrepresentativehadtoldthemthatitwastoarriveronthe25thDecember.Andwhentheywentandcheckwiththeportsauthoritiestheywereshockedtohearthattheshiphadarrivedsincethe13thDecemberasyouhadsaid.
Rightnowitispastduethedaysthecontainercouldbeclearedfromtheportwithoutpenalties.Penaltieshavealreadystartedtoacrue,whichmustbepaidbeforethecontainercanbereleased.Ifthecontainerisnotretrievedfromtheportwithinsomespecifictimeitwillenduptobeliquidatedorauctionedtothegeneralpublic.

这一单,真做的彼此都疲惫不勘.哎!现在最担心的是客人,我为他付出那么多也就只有一个目的，希望他早日收到货物，可是现在我却不能再次替他扭转乾坤.内心里是深深的歉意........
